For every offer we put in for a home with Brandon, we ended up being one of the top two offers. From what I could tell, Brandon would always form a great relationship with the seller’s agents. We would have had no chance of getting this home without Brandon's help. Not only did he get our offer accepted 10k below asking (With 2 offers above asking), but he was also able to get all our repair requests approved by the seller. He's well known around Southern California, and he happened to have done deals with the listing agent previously, which is how our offer got accepted even below the asking price. He's a class act, and responded immediately to every question my wife and I had, no matter what time of the day it was. I don't think there would ever be another agent I would recommend over him; he's simply the best.
