About Mesha Swart

Over the past two decades, Mesha Swart has been instrumental in coordinating the closings of more than $250 million in residential real estate transactions in some of Orange County’s most exclusive communities, including Emerald Bay, Shady Canyon, Dover Shores and Newport Coast.

A Cum Laude graduate of the University of California, Irvine and a mother of two, Mesha has resided in the Newport Beach area for close to 30 years. In her free time, she enjoys walking in the Back Bay, hiking El Moro, yoga classes, pickleball with friends and anything that involves spending time with her two grown daughters.
