Barbara Leyman brings nearly two decades of experience across the legal, retail, and financial sectors—earning national recognition for generating $1.43 million in annual sales and being named Salesperson of the Year. Known for her exceptional service, clear communication, and strong negotiation skills, she is committed to delivering a seamless and supportive real estate experience.

A longtime Southern California resident, Barbara has lived up and down the West Coast—from Capistrano Beach to Redondo Beach. She is a graduate of UC Irvine, where she earned a B.A. in Social Ecology and later earned a Paralegal Certificate. Her diverse background has strengthened her ability to listen, advocate, problem-solve, and build strong client relationships.
